11. No transaction execution

Filexflow does not send, receive, settle, or otherwise execute financial or cryptocurrency transactions.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and software are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by UK law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law, Filexflow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the website or software. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
